correct boiler pressure on worcester bosh 24i junior

can anyone help please - my manual doesn't! I lose a small amount of pressure and the boiler needs topping up every couple of months. What is the correct pressure when the boiler is OFF? At the moment the red arrow is on 1 bar and the black is just above zero when it is off. Should black and red both be on 1 bar? When the boiler is running the red is on 1 bar and the black is on 1.5.

When cold the pressure (black) should be between 1-1.5 bar.

The red is an indicator to where the pressure should be.
