Corrugated Asbestos Roof Sealant

Hi Guys,

Can anyone recommend a paint on Sealant to fix a porous Corrugated Asbestos roof? Replacing or covering are not really an option as it is an adjoined garage roof with 4 neighbors. It was covered in moss and I have cleaned all that off in the summer.

MKM's Evercryl is similar, but easier to get, I think.
It's important to remove the moss before using these products.
