Hi all, long time lurker, first post that hope you can help on.
Got an outbuilding approx 6m x 4m with a felt flat roof, approx 15yrs old.
Pretty sure water has been seeping under the felt as a large portion is very soft when i was up there and prob rotting the boards underneath. Nothing has leaked through so maybe it is still water tight, but have plasterboard on the inside so not really visible.
As a cheap solution was thinking of laying corrugated plastic sheets on top of the felt to take away most of the rain. Anything getting under the sheets should be dealt with by the felt.
Not seen this before, or seen any posts, so was after some others views...
Not really sure how I would fix the sheets though.
