My wife has a 1996 Corsa 1.4. Yesterday she had to avoid a blind motorist emerging from a side road and ended up in a hedge. Fortunately no injury or serious damage.
However, the sensor located in front of the radiator and behind the front grill got knocked off. It's mounted on a plastic bracket and held by a single screw onto the lower frame. I've managed to fit it back on but a) what does it do? and b) which way should the bracket face? i.e. with the sensor body in front or behind?
Probably stupid questions but then again it's always easy if you know the answers.
Thanks
