Corvec Britony II pilot light problem

Hi there,

Have a small problem and wondering if you guys can help out. Had a Corvec Britony II-T water heater installed around 3 months ago in the upstairs bathroom. It is connected to an outside vent, presumably to vent any fumes from it. However, the pilot light goes out several times per day, and I keep having to relight it. What could the problem be, considering that it is a new Water Heater?

Wind does not normally affect these heater pilots so could be installation fault or appliance fault get installer back initially and he will advice if manufacturer is req
