Cost estimate for roof repairs

Dear all,

The flats that i live in needs some roof repairs. Ideally we would like the gutters cleaned and slates repaired and fixed. It's the third floor so would require scaffolding. Dimensions-wise the area that needs looking at is 15 yards long (the guttering) and about 10 yards front to back (for roof size).

I realise that it's difficult to be accurate but what would we be looking at paying for this (i.e more or less than 500 or 1000 quid).

Sounds like a bargain I have just priced a job of a similar scale and the scaffolding alone was £1700

It turns out that the pitch of the roof means that it can be done without scaffolding, which probably explains the low price.
