i was recently asked to help someone do some fire doors i was intrested until the guy said he had priced them for £30 each.£30 for a FIRE DOOR that required fire strips loads of shooting in pair and a half of butts,lever latch and door closure,told him to jog on.

The cheaper white woodgrain doors can only be reduced by a few mm all round so the frames need to be very close to the correct size to avoid a lot of extra work.
