Cost for new block wall and rendered wall

Hi

Was hoping some one in the building trade could give me rough idea of how much i can expect to pay for some rendering to a new area block wall that is 2.5m x 2.5m

And how much it would cost to build a new block wall + foundations that is 5m long x 2m high x 200mm wide

Thanks for any guidance? anyone..just a rough price to give me an idea
