hi All
i hope someone can give me an idea of cost (labour only) on refurbishing my aging bathroom.
its a small bathroom measuring 60 inches by 90 inches. spologies as i cant convert that to square meters. hopefully someone can help me with that conversion.

fittings will be the usual set as below:
-bath and install tap and shower
-sink,
-toilet,
-electric shower as backup incase my boiler packs up,
-x6 leds in ceiling
-remove old tiles from all 4 walls
-replace with new tiling from floor to ceiling
-small radiator needs to be removed for tiling and put back after tiling
-laminate flooring

thank you

You need to ask this question of one or more local tradesmen - it's really not possible to price up a job on the internet, without having seen it

straight swap of a three piece suite, no shower, everything in same place limited tiling, is around £1500 labour only, move anything, have cast iron soil stacks or anything awkward and you can add several hundred pounds more...

I for one wouldnt put Laminate flooring in a bathroom but if you insist on it then you need to make sure the Laminate flooring you buy is bathroom rated, be prepared to spend a small fortune just to buy the correct flooring
