Cost of gas hob replacement

Can some give me an idea how much I am looking at paying for a straight forward (hopefully) gas hob replacement.

I am replacing my oven and hob and just want an idea how much the hob will cost to be removed and new one replaced in it's space. I will ensure the hob matchs the housing hole size requirements.

It should only take about an hour and a few bits of fittings

as for prices I have no idea in your area

Think we paid about £60 same region as you, but there was no oven in place at the time which made it easier for access the gas pipe, as I seem to recall you can't put a flexi hose on a hob.

Thanks for the responses Mrs Spanner & Corgiman, at least that gives me some idea, I too will remove the oven for ease of access
