It depends. here's a typical rental property near me.

Round here the property service companies that manage landlord property pay £25 for the visit and £10 a circuit for a EICR, new PIR name.

Not sure about PAT, a few quid an item at best?

Generally those sort of figures will be 1P, flats and houses to 4 bed.

I used to charge £1 per item when PATesting with no minimum charge did a village hall last November with the grand sum of ten portable appliances to be tested.
Ive seen some of the big firms going as low as 15p per item ! with a minimum quantity.
i would say the most ive seen per item is £3 tops
