Cost to plaster new room?

Hi all I wondered if someone could give me a rough idea of the price to have a new room plastered-I will be drylining all the walls and ceiling myself, just need it jointing and skimming. Room size is 3m2, no coving. Room is empty and bare floor as just been built so nothing to love or work around.
