Fitting in a toilet/basin under my stairs as well as a couple of gu 10 240v down lights and a timed extracter fan. All under building control. As you can appreciate everything is a bit close together.
On the electric side i was going to fit a 3a fcu, from downstairs ring, within 150mm from edge of corner and up 300mm.
From here, 1.5 twin & earth straight up into the small ceiling void that,s been created and into a pull cord switch,
brown to common,
blue into chock block.
1.5mm from light to light and back to switch.
Brown into L1,
blue to neutral in block.
earth to earth.
Then on the fan side, 1.5mm 3 core and earth into pull switch.
brown to common for permanant live.
black to L1 for switch live.
grey into neutral block.
earth to earth
From here to fan isolater, next to pull cord, then on to fan in ceiling above sink.
