Hi,
We've decided to strip the wallpaper from the walls and paint them. As I've been stripping the wallpaper I've chipped quite a lot of the paint off underneath it(see photo). It's all been sanded but you can it if you rub your hand across. I'm just wondering whether this all needs to be sanded until you can't feel anything or will a primer undercoat level this out?
We're also going from gloss to satin on the skirting/doors and I've sanded it all so it's rougher but you can still see a bit of a sheen to it. Will Zinsser Bulleye be OK to paint over this as a primer then give it an undercoat?
Thanks
