Is it a two man job to fit plaster coving and what adhesive does one use?
How about styrene paper covered coving is that as effective as the plaster coving.

Look forward to any advice, please.

It's old fashioned. I take more out than I put in.

Agree with joe, it’s old hat; but if you must have it, Gyproc plaster cove only, styrene is cheap crap. DIY 2m lengths can easily be fitted single handed but 3m+ & you will want a helper. Use proprietary Gyproc cove adhesive.
