Cowboy Bathroom Fitters and Grout on my Tiles

So I let some cowboys do my bathroom and 2 months down the line I'm still removing grout off of my natural stone tiles.

I'm currently using an acid from Topps Tiles, I'm having to use it near to get rid of 1% of the grout.

Can anyone help?

Yes but my rates are a bit steep and I can only do evenings and weekends.
