CP8L Alarm not recognising Engineer or User code after factory reset

Hiya,

Just factory reset the CP8L panel and its not recognising the user code to silence a battery fault or master code does anyone have any ideas.

just replaced the battery too.

5678 ….is default master code on a clp8
