Cracked External Wall between extension and house

Hi,
We have just brought a house and in October 2023 it had an extension completed with building sign off. We noticed and internal upper floor variance and looking externally we have noticed this.
Should we be worried?

Not at this stage.

It's common with extensions, that joint should be flexible mastic not inflexible mortar.
