Cracked roof tile (doesn't appear to be leaking) - can I repair with sealant?

Hi all,

Whilst looking out the window at the crazy rain yesterday I noticed a cracked roof tile.

There doesn't appear to be any sign of a leak and the crack doesn't look particularly new.

Is it possible to seal this myself somehow to avoid future possibile problems? Or do I need to get the tile replaced?

Thank you

The broken half could fall and catch someone on their head. (or make a hole in the convertible car roof.)
When you remove it, you'll probably realise it has been leaking but onto the membrane.
it needs replacing.

By the time you messed around doing a temporary fix you could do it probably by replacing the tile .
They look like Marley moderns very easy to replace .under a minute

Btw there is a leak . The underlay is picking it up .for now

Thank you, I have now discovered there is a leak (I've noticed a damp patch in the garage roof) so will get it sorted.
