Cracking next to door

Hi All, after some advice/direction!

Had some cracks appear near our door frame and wanted to see the best way of solving it? Guessing I need to remove some it and fill but could do with some views?

First of all you can check the screws holding the door frame in place are good and tight and see how many there are ....
