So recently have just bought my first house. Stupidly (maybe) didn’t have a survey done for various reasons… have already done some minor renovating (new doors etc) but came across this in my airing cupboard, it was a hot water tank in here and replaced with combo boiler a while back… is this something to worry about? Wall on the other side is the bathroom entrance - shower behind the boiler. Theres cracking on all 3 walls but the one being bathroom on the opposite side being considerably the worst. Any advisement would be appreciated.
