Hi. First time poster, hope you can help.

I moved into this house in Hull 3 years ago and there were some cracks in various places but I lately noticed some which may have been there before, I cannot say for certain.

The house is 1930s build, was flooded in 2007 but a concrete base was put in, so I don't think foundations are the issue, I expect it probably a heat/moisture issue but I would like some opinions before I call anyone out.

I have attached some pictures (poor quality, I'm afraid and a couple are on their side...). Please let me know if I need to worry or not!

Thanks

Top two pictures are in the master bedroom upstairs (duplicate pictures - sorry!)
Then downstairs doorway and landing outside bedroom upstairs
Lastly kitchen ceiling and where ceiling joins wall of conservatory

I doubt that there's much to worry about given that 9 yrs ago the foundations were re-done.
Are there any cracks or bulges on the outside surfaces?
Have you had any knock-throughs since 2007?

Hi vinn,
thanks for your reply.
Externally there's no sign of any cracking or anything untoward (besides some pointing that has seen better days in a couple of places)
All the rooms are as they were in 2007, (one of the upstairs walls may have been moved a foot or so to increase the size of the smallest bedroom but that's it.
I suspect the crack above the door frame may actually be as a result of my 7 year-old son swinging from it...
