Hi everyone!
I wonder if anyone would be able to advice on the cracks in the party wall next to the front wall with reference to the best ways of rectifying the issue. The bank surveyor only stated that the house has long-standing movements that are not of progressive nature. That was said before I decided to take all the plaster off the walls to the brick level. Now I also plan to create a loft conversion and would like to ensure that these cracks are rectified before the loft conversion work starts.
Would anyone have any experience / suggestions as to how approach the matter?
I also enclose some images for your information in my profile as I do not know how to display them with the message. The house is mid-terraced property with party walls on both sides that are in good condition apart from this issue
Thank you in advance
Andrew
