Cracks in walls

After some advice, moved in and there are cracks everywhere, I'm hoping it is just a case of the home needs new plaster or could it be something more serious. Many thanks in advance and cracks are worse upstairs

You'll need to describe the location and what's above and on either side of the walls
 
Sorry it's hard to get a clearer picture, the first 2 photos are coming from the upstairs front window and the last photo is vertical from the stairs to the ceiling

Have a read of some of the other posts about cracking and see what info and photos are requested and provided.

Without which you won't get any meaningful answers.

Generally, horizontal plaster cracking at eaves level may warrant further investigation. Other plaster cracking in other locations tends to be unrelated, but that's not to say it's not significant.
