Obvious answer, why didnt you check the pressure BEFORE fitting the shower?

great, thought the pressure was fine,,,,,,,,anything i can do to fix it

Check for restrictions in the pipework first [kinks, debris]. Often an isolation valve isnt fully opened, sometimes the isolation valve itself can be the restriction as there is sometimes only a 10 mm opening through the valve itself. There is a flow restrictor in the shower itself and a few times I have found that by not following the instructions on putting the cover on that this valve does not allow enough water through as the valve isnt correctly aligned with the control knob.
Did you flush out the pipework before you fitted the shower? The shower often if not always has a filter on the inlet. Is that blocked up? Is the shower rose and hose clear? Disconnect and blow through them to find out.
After that you are looking at flow rates. In the booklet that came with the shower it should say that you need a minimum flow rate of so many litres per minute. If you can fill a two gallon bucket from the inlet to the shower in a minute thats 9 litres/min. Most mobile phones have a stopwatch feature. Do your sums from there
Have you connected to the rising main? The supply to any cold water pipe in the bathroom especially bath taps and bidet is not always necessarily the rising main and can often be only tank fed depending on the age, location, system and plumber/builder of your house
I have no info about your system or type of electric shower here so I am trying to cover all/most eventualities making standard assumptions.

You obviously know your stuff.
Welcome to the forum :D

Cheers Bahco I was looking for a site like this ages ago with real people in it, but have sadly wasted the last couple of years watching a forum full of pedantic patronizing pen pushers who don't have the practical perception of plumbing that I find here. [How's that for alliteration?]
I felt at home the first time I posted here
Thanks

Yes welcome, but remember we also have pedantic patronizing penpushers as well.

But were all mates, and banter is par for the course, so expect some flack, some appreciation, and some.
