Creda 550c 9.5kw Shower

Can anyone help, I have installed a Creda 550c 9.5kw shower.
I flushed the unit through as advised, but now when i turn the shower on (Hot, medium or cold) the lights on the unit flash for a second, the water runs through, however the shower does not stay on.
If i hold my finger on the buttons the water will heat up and the flow is great...its just wont stay on by itself.

any help guys?

Take it back where you got it, I presume it is under warranty

Try refitting the front panel.

If it is not aligned or seated with the internal switch correctly, it may not be triggering it. Only when you press it in, if you see what I mean.
