creda washing machine

after spending £120 i am no nearer to getting my washer working it fills then cuts of if left it eventually moves to the wash cycle and so on it took six hours to do a wash please help

Give us half a clue. What have you changed so far? Are there any other symptoms e.g. where in the cycle does it appear to stop/slow down?

i havn't changed anything but the local washing machine repair man took the machine away said he had changed the programer worked allright for about a month then i had this problem the washer fills then it switches off if you leave it. it eventually starts up again then starts the wash cycle then cuts out again if youv'e got six or seven hours to wait it's all right called the man back in he said it was definately the door lock another 40 quid bought it back still no good he now says it's the programer which he says he put on origanely £86 do you have any ideas

i some how dont think your man knows what he is doing, i used to work for H******t and we also owned creda, you never took a m/c away, ALWAYS repaired on site, i would suggest you call hotpoint/creda and get an engineer out, parts changed are then g teed
