Crumbling below DPC

Hello All,

My property is just over 100 years old and is constructed with an outer skin of reconstituted stone/cement (I think) block.

The blocks below the DPC are very damp and weathered and crumbling, I'm very concerned by it. Is there something I can do to stabilise and weatherproof it to prevent it from getting worse? I'm open to all suggestions.

Many thanks in advance for any advice.

There is nothing. In that location, the units will always experience damp and frost.
