Hi, I have a ctec fire alarm panel, none of the leds are lit up.
There's a light on the power supply inside. The call point button lights up when it's pressed.
It's 5 years old.
I'm wondering if the alarm is powered directly from the batteries and that could cause this?

Or is there anything else that could have gone?

The model on the circuit board is cfp 704-2 when I google this it seems they do both a conventional one and a 2 wire one. How would I know which one I have?

Thanks

Have you checked for 240v mains supply ? We have a fair few of these panels out there and don’t have any issues at all with them , but I have heard there has been some issues with the power supply’s … where abouts are you based ?
