Cupboard around boiler - anything to watch out for?

Hi. I'm planning on putting a cupboard around a new boiler that's just been installed in my flat. See attached photo of boiler as is.

I'm thinking of leaving the top and bottom open to allow for air flow, although I may try and fit a mesh filter over the top to filter out any dirt/dust that gets drawn up and tends to dirty the wall/ceiling. I would try and use a standard kitchen cupboard with a hinged door at the front.

Any recommendations or things I need to watch out for?

Flue looks a tad close to the window.

Make sure the cupboard can be removed for servicing.
