cutting door frame to fit wood floor under

Hi

I am in the process of laying some Karhs oak. I have the skirting off and want to create a gap at the bottom of the door frames to slide the wood under to avoid any beading.

What is the best type of tool to do this and where can I buy one.

In relation to the skirting, other than glue, are hammer nails/screws about the best option.

I used an 18tpi hacksaw blade.

Much cheaper if you don't do it very often.

Yep £60 + is a bit much if you are only going to use it a couple of times.
