You can see water staining to the chipboard. This stain lines up with some damage to the bath finish above. The damaged area to the paint is around 10 x 10mm. Is it feasible to repair this, or am I better off replacing the bath?

I didn't think this seemingly minor damage was likely to be the cause of the leak, but it doesn't seem possible for water to track from anywhere else so I believe it is the cause.

Those cracks could certainly leak. Looks like something was dropped in the bath.

You could get it them repaired, but i have no idea how cost effective it may be. The cost of replacing the bath will be strongly linked to the cost of making good the inevitable damage done removing it.

Fibreglass from backside, if you can see where it's actually leaking through from.

Isopon fibreglass kit from Halfords or others, not that expensive. It's all in the prep though.
