Damage to new build bricks

Hi all,

We are due to complete on our new home next month. Today we went to take a look at the house and spotted to the right of the front door, a big chunk has been taken from 3 bricks. It looks like somebody reversed/clipped something into them whilst working on the paving/front area.

It's only a few bricks off the ground and is quite a significant chunk missing - I'll upload a couple photos here. What should we do here? Should we trust that they'll resolve it, or reach out about it? I'm anxious that it might cause delays.

Definitely get it noted,have a good look around and give them a snag list

Before you accept/ complete you are given the opportunity to look around the house and give the developer a list of things that need attention. Do that, and get a commitment to dates when things will be fixed.

For these bricks, they need to be replaced not patched, and the mortar matched too.
