Damaged drain gully in manhole

Hi

I have a problem with a cracked clay gully within a manhole on my driveway. I have thought about repalceing with a new piece which is shaped like a y the 2 top parts of the y being inlets and the bottom part being the outlet. It appears that i can not get a replacement the correct angle, so does anyone have a sudjestion, can an open gully be relined with resin or similar material and if so by who. If anyone near Derby fancys the job let me know. The damaged part is easily accessable within the manhole.
