Hi,
We have some damp, and some plaster starting to "bubble" (for want of a better word). Its the wall to the side of the bay window.
Its a brick wall, and there is no sign of a leak on the outside, but we've had lots of rain recently. Some of the bricks & cement (on the outside) aren't as perfect as they should be - with signs of cracks and some flaking cement.
Is this where the problem is coming from?
Im guessing it probably is - if so, what can we do about it? (that won't cost thousands..)
Or, could it potentially just be its too cold in that corner of the room?
Many thanks,
Alex.
