damp loft

hi people went up to the loft tonight and found the loft to be quite damp to the point where an old clock had water inside it.
you can see that the under felt on the roof is wet and look a bit saggy.
Is this normal or should i get some one to come and look at it :D

You have a leaky roof. It shouldn't take an expert to find the leak - just wait 'til it rains, or get someone to point the hosepipe at it!
 
could possibly be condensation.
a lack of ventalation could be the key, however , i found droplets on the felt today in a conversion im doing with a fair bit of ventalation already in.
could be something to do with the cold weather.
have another look and post back with a more detailed description of problem.
