Morning,

Hoping to find someone who has experience with this type of issue - have been going through other forum posts but can't find anything quite like this.

We moved into our house in October this year - there was a faint dark patch around a drainage pipe when we moved in and it is definitely getting worse now. I believe it's around the toilet drainage pipe but this goes behind the shower cubicle internally. There's no sign of damp in the bathroom, I can only access a small section of the drainage pipe but there are no visible signs or smells of water before that pipe goes behind the shower.

The image where it looks like it's running down the wall was taken on a very cold evening.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Check for a toilet overflow pipe buried in the wall, or if the cistern is overflowing
