Hello everyone, over the past few days, I've noticed some dampness near my front door. I've attached some photos which shows the affected areas. I've looked outside and I can't see any gaps or areas where water could soak through so I'm at a loss as to the reason for it.

Anyone has any experiences similar to this and if so, how was it remedied

Im not a builder, to me it looks like water is getting in.
It only needs to find a small entry, then capillary action will start.

The frame has been sealed with a brown sealant and maybe the sealant is coming away from the brickwork - was this opening for the frame originally cut into a solid wall - ie its not an original doorway?
The damp stains on either side of the frame could be coming past the sealed jambs or coming up through the threshold/sill?

The garage roof will be butting up against the side wall.
Is the floor solid?

Some of the staining could have been there for some time.
