Damp patch in porch - What's the best exterior sealant to use for door frame to brick work?

Morning,

Woke up after a night of heavy rain to find a damp patch in the corner of the porch. Had a look outside and there's an obvious gap between the brickwork and the door frame which I assume is responsible (or at least, not helping).

What would be the right product to use to seal this up?

Exterior frame sealant, make sure you clean off the crumbled brickwork .
The trim may be hiding unsealed areas .

A MS polymer such as clear CT1 will adhere to damp surfaces (important) at this time of year.
