We recently had a big storm and the result has been some damp patches on the wall and a small pool of water on the floor. The room in question is converted from a barn area. I checked the outer wall with the window and it seems some of the brick work and mortar work needs repairing. Or looks like some of the bricks may need replacing as they appear quite broken.
I also noticed that the felt under the tiles in that corner is not connected to the edge of the roof, so I assume if water is blown under the tiles, the felt isn't able to do is job.
So I think I need a roofer to check the felt and a bricklayer for the brickwork.
It's it possible to lift some of the tiles myself to check the felt?
