Hi, looking for any suggestions on a damp problem that has continued for a number of years now on my 1980s house
The majority of my windows and door frames have smallish stains around them , they don’t feel damp.
Over the last few years I have already tried
Cavity wall insulation checked under it’s guarantee, no issues found
Double glazing replaced
All walls covered with a protective paint finish that stops water penetration
Any obvious gaps in sealant or mortar filled
None of this has resolved the issue
After the the last 2 points were completed at the same time I used a stain blocker and just repainted 2 of the window reveals . Slowly the stains have started to reappear.
We have now run out of ideas !
The 1st 2 pictures where repainted , I have drawn round the stain in pencil as it’s quite faint , front bedroom

4th picture downstairs room
I would be very grateful for any other ideas
