Help in damp proof membrane and self-levelling

I am going to renovate my study, but need some advice on how to put the underfloor heating properly. The way I am planning to do the job is the following
Damp proof membrane
Insulating boards
Underfloor heating (electric)
Self-levelling
I am, however, worried that by having a damp proof membrane all the above stuff will not get properly bound together, resulting in the self levelling compound to crack.

Any advice greatly received
