Damp proofing Repair

Hi,
On removing our old conservatory, we've found a 40mm waste pipe routed through the damp proofing (see pic).

We've re-routed the waste pipe but now need advice on how to repair the damage to the damp proofing.

Remove the brick above and lay a slip of DPC material across the gap - you could silicone it down FWIW. Insert a new brick and point up.
