Our property has a conservatory at the back with a flat roof and guttering running to a drain at the side of the conservatory. The interior wall of the conservatory has developed damp. There is a very small gap between neighbours conservatory which is inaccessible due to size of gap. The guttering runs at an angle from front of conservatory to the drain filling the gap between two houses. Does anyone have a solution as to how we can prevent the damp, would it be worth rerouting the guttering although the only way I can see to do this would be to have a water butt by the conservatory. Would this help stop the damp.
