Hi all,
We have a bedroom (occupied) which has three external walls, one window and a radiator below the window. It has always been regarded as a "cold room".
We have now noticed damp and black mold in both corners where the external walls meet at the base of the walls near the skirting and extending up to around a foot above (photo of the worst instance attached).
The radiator is efficient and is full-on when the heating is on.
Could anyone help with a remedy to this please?
