Hi first time poster
I have thought that i may have had a problem with my roof leaking and causing damp and mould on the top of my bedroom ceiling and the bottom of the skirting in two other rooms these are all in an extension built 12 years ago this is why i'm was suspect of the roof leaking but i have had three roofers out to estimate the problem, yes there is some minor maintence required but the main opinion is there is little or no ventilaton neither in the windows or on the walls the say this is the most likely cause of dampness i.e condensation.can any body tell me how to go about fitting wall vents on the inside and out.
