Danesmoor 20/50 boiler overheating

I have a Danesmoor 20/50 boiler that has suddenly started to burn hot. Metal flue is getting very hot.
I have cleaned out the baffles but it has made no difference. Can anybody tell me what it might be,please?[/b]

Blocked flue?, blockage in pump by-pass that increases fuel pressure?

Have you counted the baffles, sound like one or two may have burnt away as oilhead says "time to get in an expert"!
