Danfoss FP715Si display problem

Hi folks.
I had a new boiler and control systems installed by Stay Warm in February last year. I have noticed this morning that the programmer has lost all the display and although I have tried I cannot get anything on it! As it is still working I am loath to reset it just in case it stops all together, as it is somewhat cold at the moment!
As it is the weekend I am unable to contact Danfoss and unable to find any further info on the net.
Can anyone help me please.

Normally if you turn the power off and back on again 30 seconds later the display comes back.

Thanks very much. Eventually managed to get someone on the Stay Warm helpline about 5 minutes ago who knew what they were on about with the controller.
I was safe to do the reset push in on the front, as it resets it to the previous settings and I didn't lose everything. I was more worried the whole lot would stop and whilst I had heating.......
