Does anyone know if these are switchable since I don't know what is the feed and what is the return on each rad. Some valves have this switch to stop water hammer as well.

If they are not then are cn I just switch them over (i.e. will the locksheild and trv interchange after a drain down).

I am just about to order from Plumb center - 10 rads about a grand. Seems alot of dosh. B&Q are cheaper (by a third) but do not stock the sizes I need. Any ideas.

Cheers

cool, they are the valves for me.

I think I will order it all tomorrow from the plumb centre.
They do seem a bit expensive though.

BTW thanks for all the help. It is appreciated.

p.s. I never worry about grey hair - shaved my napper years ago! ;0)

Yes they are and I think they have an internal part you just turn the other way up if its on the wrong end

Get them from B&Q and use extension pieces or alter your pipework
