Dangerous? (Water pipes just under floorboards) (Ed.)

Hi all. I’ve just been screwing my floorboard back in, and came across this. Is this a fire hazard, or normal for wood to be around water pipes?

Looks like scorching when the soldered joint was made. How deep is that notch though?

Ah okay, thanks! It is approximately 3cm deep

Paint "PIPES" on the boards.

Big black marker, cross filled rectangle that covers the area of those pipes.
Unfortunatly I have this in several areas on my landing floorboards to prevent screws being put through them.
